What should I expect?
A high quality photo book that your child will love and that will substantially improve your transition experience. These are not coffee table, hardcover books meant to sit on a shelf. These are paperback books meant to be read over and over again.
What do the books look like?
Softcover, glossy books with 24 interior pages. The books measure 8.5″ x 8.5″ and are perfect bound, meaning there are no staples.
How big should my pictures be?
Photos that are printed in the book should be taken with a 3megapixel camera or better. Images you download from Facebook or online sources may be a little smaller than they should be. Our book builder system will warn you if an image is smaller than normal. Should you choose to use that image anyway, your photo will be printed at the best possible quality, but may appear blurry.
What do I need to get started?
Each book page has a PDF Image List to download, so you will have an idea of which pictures to collect. We recommend gathering your photos in one folder on your computer so that you can upload all of them to your user gallery at once, saving time in the process of creating the book.
How much do Twigtale books cost?
All titles retail for $20. We do offer coupons and sales from time to time.
Why can’t I choose a different cover for my book or different page backgrounds?

How long will it take to receive a book?
7-10 business days from placing order to receipt of book. We currently only offer USPS ground delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
$5 for shipping and handling to the US.
Any restrictions on shipping?
We do not offer shipping outside the US at this time.

Why is my Discount Code not working?
Discount codes may be used only during the time of a specific promotion. Please check the home page of the site or our Facebook page for current promotions.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the time of the order. The system automatically prints and binds your book. Once you finalize the order, your card is charged and the book begins the print process.
